I ordered a new GO 2 device on the day the news came out on the product, I ordered directly from Verizon, they said they had it in stock, but it has not shipped.  What gives?  I need one, the product looks like a great update to the earlier version, of which I have 3, and they are all (finally) working great.  Can’t wait to get one!

Is the new product stuck in supply chain backlogs?

I think you need to pursue this with the seller (Verizon).

Sorry, but Lets pontificate the obvious.  Already done that.  If Verizon has the product it would be shipped, no?

I'm sure it’s going to be shipped soon, but wanted to see what Arlo knows.

im just a bit frustrated, but once I get the new device that will all go away

The obvious is that Verizon said it was in stock.  If they have it in stock, then supply chain is not the issue. It would have to be Verizon's issue.

Of course it is different if Verizon gave you the wrong information.
