My Arlo Go 2 has suddenly started draining the battery in one day. I think the sensor comes on, floodlight comes on and stays on until it goes flat. It’s only happened in the last week - the camera has been installed for a year now.
Any idea? It says firmware is up to date.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Thank you for the response.
I have tried restarting the device, I have removed the battery and put it back in, I have turned spotlight off in case that staying on was draining it. It is not continually recording as it still picks up when vehicles go past. I tried to update the firmware but it says it is up to date.
It does have a solar panel attached.
Any further suggestions would be welcome.

Thank you. I have checked the support articles and can’t find anything else additional and I have logged a request for call back with support. I haven’t heard back yet.
