Arlo Go 2 can not connect to mobile network (VML2030)

Hi, I have bought two brand new Arlo Go 2 cameras (VML2030) and neither of them will connect to the mobile network.

 

We have troubleshooted according to the following self-help articles but the issue remains:

 

1. Arlo Go series camera is in mobile coverage but can't connect to the cloud; what do I do?

 

2. Hur konfigurerar jag Arlo Go 2-kameran?

 

We have tried the SIM-card in a phone to make sure it works. When the SIM-card is inserted in the camera housing it keeps flashing orange lights which according to manual means cannot connect to network.

 

Help is appreciated. Thanks.
