Arlo Go 2 Unable to Access Live Video

Recently purchased 3 Arlo Go 2 WiFi / LTE units for installation at a remote location. They are solely on LTE and the signal strength coverage is good. However, now I can't access the cameras for live viewing and receive a message that I need to activate the SIM.
The SIM is already active as I can receive alerts from the cameras, view video clips from them, and can also see their status.
Others who I have shared the cameras with can also view them live.
I have this issue on mobile devices and through the web browser.
Arlo support is next to useless.
Does anyone have an idea on how to correct this? And I don't have ready access the cameras.

Which app are you using - iOS or Android? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? Have you tried the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if that's different?
