Hi. I've just purchased an Arlo Go 2 in Australia. I need to find out which type of SIM I need to purchase. There are two types of SIMs available here, one is for mobile phones (calls, texts and data) and the other is for tablets and portable WiFi devices (data).

Please reach out to the Support Team to further investigate this issue you are experiencing. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to Settings/System/Support.

Thanks @ShayneS, I did contact the Support Team already, but they gave me the wrong information and closed the call. They told me that the camera comes with a SIM in the package, but that is not correct. There is no SIM supplied with the camera, I need to purchase one separately.
