When WIFI shows OFFLINE in the App the GO 2 Camera does not switch to Cellular data.

 

This is the fourth time this has happened.  It seems like a software issue with the camera.

Just to be sure you have an active data plan and your not limited or blocked by the carrier?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Yes I have an active data plan with Verizon.    The last time I talked with someone on the phone they had me delete the device and add it again.   They directed me to the steps they wanted me to add WIFI and cellular.    This is the fourth time this has happened since moving to the latest app with FEED.

 

It seems to me that this is a software issue in the app.  If WIFI is showing OFFLINE should not the app switch the camera to cellular data?

Again my Arlo GO2 camera show WIFI offline and does not switch to cellular data. Time is 8:07 June 8,  2025.  This problem keeps happening.  I need a solution to this problem.
