I have an Arlo Secure Single-Camera Subscription, which was recording events for my Arlo Pro 3 camera, until its base station was stolen recently. I had to replace the Arlo Pro 3 with an Arlo Go 2, since the Pro 3 was rendered useless without the base station but the subscription does not cover the theft of accessories. Now my new Arlo Go 2 camera’s events have not been recording for several weeks, though I removed my old camera gear from my account and the subscription has stayed the same.
I reached out to EU support by email a couple times, but have not yet received a response.

I was able to get the camera’s events to start recording in the feed, after removing and then adding the camera back again. Thank you for your assistance!

Can you livestream the camera?
If you can, then also try making a manual recording while livestreaming.

Thank you for your response. I can livestream, but I do not have the option to manually record while doing so.

Ok. That suggests that the camera is not in a subscription plan.
Did you cancel your single camera sub and resubscribe when you got the new camera? If not, you need to do that.

Thank you, I suspected my plan was still attached to the old camera. I have a discount applied to my account, can that be carried over?

I don't know about the discount. I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @ShayneS , @JamesC - as they can faciliate a connection with Arlo Support (who could help with that question).
