Alro Go2 dead and I can not get anny support

Hi all,
My Arlo Go2 died about one year and a couple of months after purchase. I also have Secure yearly plan.
There is no way for me to get to live chat technical support... I have no idea how to get to them.
Camera is dead, no lights ... nothing. Changed charger, checked battery and it has correct voltage...
Any idea what to do next?

Go into the support area of the app, and select the camera. Then scroll down to the contact area, and you will find options for chat and phone support.
Navigation depends on whether you see "Library" as as menu choice, or whether you see "Feed" instead.

Though unfortunately it sounds like the camera has simply failed.
