Hi there,
I keep trying to add someone to view my camera and it's not showing up. I have her logging in on desktop, what is she doing wrong. Please help!

Does your account show the invite as accepted or pending?

There are two user experiences in the app (and my.arlo.com).
One shows "Library" in the app at the bottom of the screen (at the top in browser). The other shows "Feed" and "Dashboard".
These need to match in both accounts. So check for that.
You can migrate your account from "Library" to "Feed" by going to "add device" and starting to add a Pro 5s cameras. (You obviously can't complete that since you don't have that camera). But the process will include a prompt to migrate you to "Feed".
There are quite a few differences, and you will not be able to migrate back to Library if you make this switch.
