Hi!
Suddenly my ARLO Go 2 camera is not connecting with SIM card. I've reset, updated firmware and restarted many times. They work with WIFI no problem. I've tried adding APN settings manually too. But it's not working and can't find the camera using SIM card (SIM card is working with other cameras and tablets and so on).
I've seen many others post about this exact problem as a "global issue" and ARLO have no ETA for this fix and read that many people from Sweden have this problem. Any updates on what is going on?

Hi Jonas,
Thanks for your patience and for getting the camera online via WiFi so we could take a closer look.
After reviewing the device logs, it appears that the mobile/cellular component on this particular unit is not responding properly when the camera powers on. Since your SIM card works fine in your other Arlo Go 2, the issue is isolated to this specific camera rather than your SIM or network.
Unfortunately, this isn't something that I can't resolve from here. I'd recommend reaching out to Arlo Support directly so they can walk you through the next steps, which may include a replacement if the device is still under warranty.
Please reach out to the Support Team to further investigate this symptom you are experiencing. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to the Profile icon > Support Center.

Hi,
I've sent PM with details. Also confirmed my SIM card works great with another Arlo Go 2 unit.
But my "old" Arlo Go 2 suddenly won't accept SIM only WIFI connection.
Best regards,
Jonas

The device is appearing offline, can you power it on and connect via wifi if that's the only method at the moment so I can have a look.

Hi Shayne!
It's pretty old so no warranty and it's been thru some pretty rough weather at my eagle photohide during winter. The new one works good and I'll just keep this "broken" one with Wifi only around the house. 🙂
Thanks for helping out!
/Jonas
