why is this Arlo Go 2 with Verizon only

why is this Arlo Go 2 with Verizon only

I dont have Verizon and I checked and its no where to be found.  How come we can get it through AT&T instead of Verizon.  I checked 10 stores and no one has it.  Could you help me to find it?
