wife cannot view the cameras at the same time as I am

Can anyone tell me why my wife cannot view the cameras at the same time as I am if I’m in a different location?

I have to log out for her to be able to view the cameras

There can only be one login per account at a time. The moment you try and log in from another device with thsame credentials it will log out anyone who is currently logged in.

The way to deal with this is to grant access to your wife who will then login using her own credentials.
