wife's I phone won't accept new camera

I added a new arlo go camera and my android picked it up fine but my wife's iphone will not pick it up. it asks me to press the sync button on the new camera and hold the iphone bar code in front of it about 8 inches for it to sync. We do not have AT&T we have Verizon. I sent an invitation to her and it said she accepts. but her phone does not show the new camera. need help.

I had to go to my PC and add the new camera  under GRANT 1, I guess I forgot to hit save.
