vmc2032 keeps going offline even with good signal strength

I am furious right now.  Takes FOREVER to get connected to a chat agent and he disconnected me.  He asked me to do a download test and then threatened to disconnect me when the test took longer than he liked.    I've been working to get my Essential XL camera to stop dropping offline and Crish just exited the chat!!!!  This support is awful!!!  Camera has strong signal, worked for months and now won't stay online - and it's my problem to figure out????

First, try bringing the camera closer to your hub or router to see if that makes a difference. WHat did your speed test show, especially your upload speed and latency?

 

You might want to remove the camera from your account and do the reset process:
