unable to remove friend

I granted access to a friend, now I want to remove them from the account but even Grant Access section of the app and on the web it doesn't show anyone who is granted access. How do I remove this person? TIA

I'd start by reinstalling the app and flushing the web browser's cache (perhaps use a different browser).
