What a waste of money

Purchased six cameras at top dollar price. I’ve had issue after issue with one camera ( not treated any differently than the others)
Tried to work through it with support many times (5) and no one will give me. a helpful answer. Arlo sold me a dud and now no one is there to be held responsible. Before this issue i was prepared to purchase more after acquiring more property but now i feel as though i should trash them all and purchase new cameras from a competing company. Will anyone represent this company and do the right thing?????????

This is a user-to-user forum, and I don't work for Arlo - so I don't represent them in any way.
Can you give some more info on what issues you are having with this camera now, and what troubleshooting you've tried?
Also, it would be useful to know about when you purchased it.
