RIp OFF.  This company has to be the worst in customer service.

 

Who can I call to get questions answered?

No reasonable way to cancel subscription.

If you have a paid subscription you can find a number if you look in the mobile app settings for support and choose a device with subscription to show entitlements.

The number will be different for each country.

I can’t give you a number since I don’t have a subscription plan and my hardware is out of warranty.

I have seen numbers get posted here but not very often and I suspect that they would get deleted soon after.

If you do get onto them I imagine support will not do much without a subscription as others have posted that this is the first thing they confirm on your account.

If you’re subscription-less you could private message one of the arlo moderators on the forum to state your case. JamesC or ShayneS
