"ZERO CAMERAS PARTICIPATING"

We have a arlo essential camera... it shows in the app and is working. we bought a secure subscription for one camera 2.99... it shows in our account as valid and paid. BUT there is no way to make our camera active in the subscription. It says ZERO CAMERAS PARTICIPATING.
NO WHERE are there instructions on fixing this.
i am going to remove and reinstall it tmrw and see if that works.

Go into the subscription area of the app (or my.arlo.com), and click on "manage cameras". Drag the camera from the "no plan" list into the subscription list.
Note if the trial is still active, you will need to cancel the trial before you can do this.
