missing recording

its is missing recordings for hours., why ? 

i am on free trial

What is your active mode? Have you tested it yourself by walking in front of the camera? Is the battery charged?

yes i tested it. 

i have it set to identify animals but its missing few hours and does not pick up animals

Are you ever running into issues when you try to livestream?  Try doing this at various times of the day as a test for connectivity.

On the animals -

• how large are the animals that it is missing? 
• how far away are they from the camera(s)?
