Over the years we’ve installed Arlo cameras at several tenanted houses, leaving their operation up to the tenants. In each case the tenants set up an Arlo account and used the cameras as if they were their own. Two sets of tenants have vacated the houses over the past 18 months, leaving the routers and cameras that are part of each house’s inventory. The new tenants would like to use the cameras/Arlo system, but obviously don’t have an account for them (yet) to do so.
Please advise how to proceed in order for the cameras/routers to be used again.
Going forward and to avoid problems in future, it might be easier for us as landlord to set up accounts for each house and then have each tenant use the account for their house. Given we have an investment of several thousand dollars between the cameras, routers, and getting them all installed, we’ll appreciate being able to have subsequent tenants use what we purchased.
Anyone out there have an insights on this? It'll be MUCH appreciated! Arlo Customer Support is non-existent short of signing up & paying for such. That's not what we intended when we spent several thousand US$ on a couple of systems for our tenants. Thanks much and let's have a good 2024!

HI @Arlo40
Do you have the original account(s) that were created when onboarding the device(s)?
Whomever the account owner was would need to have removed the devices from the base station or you would have needed to maintain the original email/password when the account was created to maintain the devices.
Assuming you do not have access to the credentials, the previous tenant would need to provide you with this info so you can remove the devices and add them to a new account you are maintaining.

@Arlo40 If you can PM me with the invoices/receipt of the purchased devices I can provide this to the team and we can look in to resetting them for you.

Thanks much, ShayneS.
I'll check & revert. There were 2 sets for 2 different tenants. Current tenant knows prior tenant at one house and is seeking account/log on info for that set of cameras. The other house/set...tenants gone for good. However, I likely purchased all (incl my own set) off Amazon, so will aim to obtain the info you seek. We have the cameras/routers for them, but other than the routers, not sure the cameras have identifying marks on them or in the camera well. Nevertheless, let me first get the info you seek. Thanks for chiming in here.
