How do I speak to a live agent regarding updating my billing information?  I have had fraud on my card twice and had to replace.  I've been paying $9.99 for several years now.  the only option I have when I go through my account is to add a plan at a higher price.

All I got was an email saying my request needed more information but it is not allowing me to speak to a live agent 😕 Are they supposed to call me or email?
