how do i cancel? chat is no help. unable to cancel on android and laptop. it is grayed out and will not let me select

as mentioned above, it is greyed out and will not let me select my account or subscription. the same is happening on the app. not sure what you all do not get about that. I clearly know how to cancel but I am unable to because you all are not giving me the option. I have video proof and pictures as well.

Are you trying to delete your account? Or just cancel the subscription? If you want do want to delete the account, then cancel the subscription first.
To cancel the subscription, select "Arlo Secure" from the left pane (right below subscription). That will let you cancel the Arlo Secure subscription. If you subscribed to "Arlo Safe", then select that option instead.
You should then see "cancel subscription" under the payment information.
To delete the account: Select "data privacy" from the menu on the left (on your screenshot). You should then see this:
