how do i access recorded events

i have a history of an old event i can access from 14th of July but nothing since. I have a multi camera account which i cannot access anything on the date. The date wont move for me.

It would usually mean that your cameras stopped recording to the cloud. Did you let your subscriptions expire? See if the cameras can still live view and if you are able to make a manual recording and can be played with your app.
Check your cameras still have a subscription attached by going settings/support/the camera for details.
