I have a system on one of my houses and bought a doorbell for a new house with new Internet and I cannot get my doorbell to connect

Which doorbell - wired or wireless? We need details as to what you've tried and what you see, includinmg error messages. Be sure that if you're connecting old wiring to the doorbell that you can verify that the transformer meets the specs Arlo provides.
