cannot connect my cameras

I've tried to connect these damn cameras for 2 hours... camera scans, hear the chime... i have 2.4ghz and 5gz networks, connect my phone to the WiFi, turned off mobile share etc... Cameras STILL will not connect...and there isn't any customer support that I've seen,./....

Are you seeing them in your router's attached device list after you hear the chime?
Have you tried using a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com) instead of using the app?
