Essential spotlight camera will not factory reset

I opened a case with support, but I figured I would post a forum question to see if anyone else has seen this before. My essential spotlight camera was working fine and then it just disconnected from the app. None of the other arlo cam's have disconnected so I thought that the camera might just need a factory reset. So, I have attempted to do that process with the camera and so far, the camera has been completely non-responsive. If I plug into a charger though the LED is a solid blue which I think means, it's fully charged.

 

Has anyone else ran into this before? I am current on firmware and I use an Arlo solar panel for charging, but I don't think that would be an issue.

Did you follow the reset procedure carefully?

When trying to reconnect it after the reset did you verify that the camera was removed from your account? That's needed since otherwise the account thinks the camera is already configured.
