arlo essential video wireless doorbell won't reconnect online

I have the arlo essential wireless video doorbell and 4 days ago, it went offline and I cannot bring it back online. It was fine Saturday night then the next morning it was offline. It is only 2 mos old. I have reached out to support, did all the troubleshooting they suggested and now they say it is my internet upload speed. I have high speed internet for work and nothing has changed and no other devices have had issues.  I have 3 arlo cameras and they have been fine. My upload speed is 11.4.  Has anyone else ran into this issue? Please help!

Which is fast enough.

 

Are you seeing the doorbell in the attached device list of your router?
