Can I change the motion detector not to recognize vehicles.? Under smart Notifications.  All I want is people and animals.

Just to clarify this:

 

The Smart classifications are done in the Arlo Cloud.  When motion is detected, video is streamed to the cloud, and analyzed.  You aren't changing the motion detection when you use Smart Notifications.  What you are doing is applying a classification after motion has been detected.

 

You can disable vehicles in the smart notifications.  If you do that, the Arlo Cloud will stop sending you notifications for vehicles.  Similarly, you can disable "all other motion".  But the recordings will still be in the library.  Doing this can reduce the annoyance of unwanted notifications - but it will not improve battery life.
