I bought an Arlo essential camera and for whatever reason, it stopped working, I reset it and now it won't move pass the qr code screen. the camera won't even open. i have done a reset at least 5 times. I have tried 4 different phones from iPhone to android. I've tried from a pc and laptop and both still not moving past the qr code screen.

Its fixed. I had to reset it a couple of times.

Did you also remove the camera from Settings, My Devices?

Yes I removed the device from settings and my router. I even tried making a new account and got the same issue

Is the camera fully charged? What LED behaviors are you seeing when working through onboarding? Does the camera make a chime when viewing the QR code?
