arlo essential camera brand new stopped recording to the USB

New camera worked for 2 weeks fine now it stopped recording to the usb I have tried removing updates and reassigning to the base it triggers fine you can see it working it just will not record very unusual?

Have you double-checked that the trial subscription hasn't expired?
