Arlo base station showing solid amber light on the camera icon

Rebooted Arlo base station to the factory twice

Arlo application not detecting cameras and Arlo base

Internet is connected to the Arlo base station showing green light 

Please help

Just confirm that the base station camera LED is showing steady amber correct?

 

If so it suggests that one or more cameras are not connected to the base station.

 

Could be the camera battery/s are flat. Have you charged them?

 

What was the initial problem?

Actually, a solid amber Camera LED means the base needs to be claimed again. Try using the Add Device selection in the Devices card to add the base back in. If having problems, you may need to delete all devices from your account and start fresh.

Thanks for pointing that out regarding the steady amber camera led on the base being an unclaimed condition.

 

It seems a shame that  arlo’s multiple  documentation and articles are not a reliable information source as they state otherwise for the led conditions.
