app issues and an update that has broken my activity zones plus automations

The support and contact information is absolutely disgusting!  No email contact, no complaint contacts, can only post on here, call centre that gives you the run around and live chat who out right refuses to supply a simple email address for complaints.  Once my subscription is finished I will not be renewing it and seeking another company.  All this over app issues and an update that has broken my activity zones plus automations. (Android device).  I will be making sure everyone knows how Arlo treats customers who pay in advance for their services.
