Wireless doorbell ADV2001-100NAS will not connect to app

I am unable to connect to my doorbell to view recordings on the app.the device is connected to the base station and internet. The device is a state away. Are there any suggestions to remotely reconnect?

The doorbell requires a subscription to have cloud recordings. Perhaps the trial sub ran out - check your subscription status to be sure.
