Way is the app only buffering when I try to look at video that's has recording?

It might be that the arlo cloud server has fallen over again, try again in a few days.

It has been so for more then a week now. And I try to reinstall the app. And that's not helping.

 

I can downlod the the videos that's recording and see it. But I can not see it directly in the app. 

 

I have a 1 year old Samsung galaxy phone and notepad. And it is the same problems at booths of them.

Have you tried removing the doorbell battery, and then reinserting it?

It isn't just you, same for me, trying to watch a record it buffers for a minimum of 2 minutes before playing the recording IF it will ever play the recording.

I have 8 cameras and 2 dorrbells and it's the same of everything unit.

So I think I is something whit the app that's is wrong. Not the units. The all of them is showing the same.

Exactly what's happening for mer too. Nice to here that's I am not the only one whit this problems.

I right to Arlo support and ask for 5 days ago and still waiting for a answer. When and if I get an answer that's helping on the problems. I will let you know her.
