When I scan qr code it makes the chime but then goes orange and can't be found what does this mean

If you have the AVD1001 (wired) model and see solid amber, then it might not be receiving enough power.

Flashing amber means that the doorbell couldn't connect to the wifi using the credentials in the scanned QR code. So double-check that you entered the SSID and the password correctly.

This could also be a failure in the doorbell's wifi radio.  If you are still within the seller's return window, then you could exchange it.  Or try Arlo support (using the options in the app).  Don't try to google Arlo Support, you will most likely end up at a scam support site if you do.  https://kb.arlo.com/000062119/How-can-I-avoid-Arlo-support-scams
