Warranty Return on Essential Spotlight Camera

I need to return my Essential camera under warranty.  It charges to 100%, has great connectivity to my WiFi, then within an hour or so, loses everything and goes offline.  I have 4 cameras total.  The other 3 are fine and have been.  Anyone else have issues with Essential cameras crapping out on them like this?  Thanks in advance.
