One of my 3 cameras went OFF-LINE on the 28th of December. I reviewed troubleshooting techniques, but nothing worked to get back on line. Thinking that perhaps the battery was very low, I also recharged the camera. While plugged into the outlet, there was the steady blue light, but unplugged, there are NO lights. I have been only using 2 cameras at a time, because that is all that my wi-fi will handle. BUT, I had a third camera ready to replace when a battery was low on one of the other two. These cameras are used outdoors, and paired with an iPad. So, this camera is only used 1/3rd of the time. How would you please be able to help me with this?

The blue LED simply indicates a full battery when plugged in - it should be off when not plugged in.
What have you tried and what do you see? Any error messages? Have you reset the camera?
