One camera under $4.99 subscription.  When under trial all worked, library saved videos.

Now basically not recording to library.  Notication of motion via iPhone App sounds.  App shows 1 in Library.  Tapping "Library" switch screen to an ad for Cloud storage.  No recordings of motion activity are displayed or available.

 

I am paying for a 30 day retention of the library.

 

Can anyone supply any telephone number for Arlo support.  The Australian one is shut down AND no alternative number is provided.  I don't care who I have to call or what time of the day, as long the receiptant can solve my problem.

Have you double-checked that the camera is listed under the plan?
