Yes - We recently updated the ARLO app and ever since the VMC2030 camera no longer streams to our library - however our 2 original VMC 4030 cameras still do -does anyone know what is causing this or what we could do to  troubleshoot this?

The first thing to check is the subscription status.  The VMC2030 requires a subscription for cloud storage (unlike the VMC4030 cameras, which at the moment have free 7-day cloud storage).  If the trial subscription for the VMC2030 just ended, then cloud recordings would stop.

Thank you for the info - that was our suspicions- we checked our box we purchased 3 new cameras in - and nothing was mentioned that it was “required” for the service to work!  We are quite disappointed to find this information out too late to return them!
