VMB4540r2 Keeps Corrupting my Local Sotrage

This is the second time this has happened. My flash drive has been corrupted and lock protected, It's trash for a 2nd time because of this issue. I'm currently on firmware 1.21.1.0_1399_9611cf3 and Other posts make it sound like this was resolved yet it has not been. Arlo, will there ever be a fix for this?
