Purchased a new house and the previous owners installed the Arlo camera security system, we have no way of getting this to work. How do we activate the system for use? Cannot get a hold of ANYONE at Arlo or Netgear for assistance, VERY FRUSTRATING.

A good first step would be to contact the previous owners (maybe through their realtor) to verify that they removed the system from their account. If you know they have done so, what's the issue you're having?
