Will not charge on ac charger or solar panel.
Worked until battery died and now nothing..
Is there a warranty or solution?

You're out of the warranty period for many regions but I'd still try using the app to go to Settings, Support and select your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support to see what they say.
In the meantime, you can try this (which may or may not help):
