I've been attempting to update my camera to fix charging issues. Firstly, the camera said the battery was too low to update. I have charge the camera and now the update is saying "upgrade version invalid". Someone please help, it seems to be problem after problem with this camera so far!

You may just have a faulty camera - swapping at the store would be the fastest resolution. Before that, though, try the reset procedure after removing the camera from your setup:
