Turn on silent mode in the doorbell settings.

After you do that, you will see some options that will let you turn on your traditional and arlo chimes (if you have them), while keeping the phone call off.

That didn't work the way I hoped. I have my doorbell integrated into my Google home devices so I don't have to have a separate chime. When I ring the doorbell the Google home devices announces that someone is at the door and my phone rings. If I turn on silent mode, my phone doesn't ring, but my Google devices are also silenced, so I have no way of knowing that someone is at the door.
