Trying to figure out why our camera's disarm when we log out. The cameras will record as long as you are logged in, and if you are the armed page and you log out you can see the box that was checked as armed uncheck itself as you log out. Please help! I am not sure if our camera are Essential Wire-free or just the Arlo wire-free, we do not pay for subscription we have the 7 day cloud storage. Thanks!

Are you using the app?  If so what version?

 

Also, what device are you using?  (Android, iOS, and the version).

Sounds like you have geofencing selected with nothing chosen for Away.

Nope, we have never checked that box.

No, we are using our home computer for our system for our Arlo account. We have removed everything from our account and re-installed and seems to be working at the moment. All cameras have the same firmware version, and when adding the base station back on it said firmware was up to date. We will watch it for the next few days to see if it goes back to disarming itself. I don't appreciate the fact that Arlo wants you to buy a subscription when we specifically bought this bundle because of the free cloud recording in HD, and no we did not add a subscription. I am starting to feel like its the company intentionally causing issues so you will buy a subscription...just my opinion, since you can't even talk to a customer service person without a subscription.
