I'm having trouble connecting my camera to my phone. I have 5/2.5ghz. I have changed router setting and I'm now on a 2.5ghz connection. I have reset as well. I have tryed
all the trouble shooting that is recommended on the app. Any suggestions?

Can you connect a pc to the local router modem and use a web browser to login to the my.arlo.com website to add the camera again.

Are you getting the chime from the camera?
If you are, I suggest looking at the router's attached device list, and see if the camera shows up there.

There is no IPv6 addresses or IPV6 Interface in the details of the camera. On the router.
All the connected divices shows a small green world.
The camers shows just a small green circle

Are you sure this isn't "WPA2"
What is the manufacturer/model of the router?

The camera is ipv4. Do you need ipv6 on your local network? (most don't). If you do have ipv6 enabled, then I suggest disabling it.
