Tip - Friends must NOT already have app installed

When granting a friend access make sure of the following:
1) they don’t have app already installed
2) they use email link to open browser on a non-phone device
3) they create or login to an account
4) if existing account they verify they are logging in
5) they “trust” the browser

This process was not designed for users with existing account and app already installed! Bad User Experience.

While step 1 is not necessary, it is true that the process is slightly easier to complete when using a PC. Your feedback is noted and I will pass this along to the development team.
