Timeout naming camera

Hi,

I have a camera that worked fine at my home. I decided to move it down to my vacation home so I factory reset it. When adding to my vacation. home system, the camera is found but it times out when attempting to name the camera. I've tried rebooting my modem, my router, my base station, factory reset the camera numerous times and still run into the same problem. No error code is given. Other cameras at my vacation home are working fine. Any ideas?

Are you trying to add this camera to a base station or are you connecting it directly to your home network?

If trying to add to the base station, restart the base station by removing and reconnecting power, then attempt onboarding again. Are the results the same?
