Thumbnails Not Refreshing/Working At All

Thumbnails aren't refreshing at all. They refreshed once randomly today around 4pm and then when I live streamed each of my cameras again this evening around 8pm they all functioned just fine and then refreshed to this blank screen again. It's like this on the dashboard and devices. 

Yes, I've logged out and back in and uninstalled and reinstalled. 

 

Called "technical support" today and sadly they were useless as usual. 

 

Also as usual the problem only exists on my android phone. Thumbnails work and refresh just fine on my iPad. 

 

Any ideas? I see a bunch of other threads with similar issues regarding thumbnail glitches.

Recently I've seen this, too. Sometimes if I wait for several seconds more it will populate. Other times I have to swipe the app away or force close the app to get it to work properly. It seems better lately so maybe it was a server issue.
