I purchased 4 Essential Spotlight cameras 2 weeks ago. I signed up for the Arlo Secure subscription, thinking my credit card would not be charged until after the 3 month trial ended. I'm not able to access some functions on the app. Is it possible to end the trial period without loosing my recordings since I'm being billed for the secure plan anyway?

Use Settings, Subscription and go to the trial subscription section. You can cancel the sub there but you then need to go to Manage Cameras to enable it again in your paid sub.
